iShout Hosting & IT is not responsible for domain expiry, loss, suspension or cancellation caused by unpaid invoices, incorrect contact details, registry decisions, registrar issues or failure to meet domain eligibility rules.
8. Support
We provide support for services purchased through iShout Hosting & IT. Support may be provided by email, support ticket, phone, remote access or other agreed methods.
Support does not include unlimited website development, coding, content updates, malware removal, third-party plugin fixes, SEO work or custom IT work unless included in your plan or agreed separately.
