Add Email Account to Outlook

  1. Click “File” then “+ Add Account”. 
  2. Enter the email address. 
  3. Click “IMAP” 
  4. Incoming Server:              mail.yourdomain.com.au 

    IMAP Port:                          993 

    Outgoing Server:              mail.yourdomain.com.au 

    SMTP Port:                          465 

    IMAP, and SMTP require authentication and Encryption method SSL/TLS. 

  5. Enter Password and click connect.
