What is our downtime history?

We are up 100% of the time but from time to time we do have outages beyond our control due to external factors. To view our up/downtime history click here

We very rarely have outages but when we do it's never more than a few minutes. Please note that if you do experience an outage, we will ask for your IP address to check our firewalls as our firewall will block the IP address due to too many incorrect logins. It can be frustrating to find the device that is causing the firewall block but we do this to protect your account security and most customers completely understand why we do this. 

A support ticket can be opened in our client area and a technician will be happy to help track down and locate the reason for the block or outage.
